How many photos do I need?

What happens if a render fails or times out?
Rejected uploads do not use credits. Credits are returned for failed or timed-out generation attempts. If a completed result looks wrong, use the Contact form with the order or task reference. Payment refund requests are reviewed against the order.
Can I use photos of celebrities or children?
No. Only consenting adults may appear. No celebrities, strangers, minors, deception or harassment.
Are my photos stored or deleted?
We periodically delete our stored copies of uploaded inputs older than 24 hours and generated outputs older than 30 days. These cleanup periods apply only to our stored copies, not upstream providers. Download your video before it expires. For deletion requests, use the Contact form; see Privacy for processing details.
