Terms of Service

Preview status

This is a preview of a planned photo-to-video service. Uploads, payments and generation are closed. Proposed prices and output specifications are not an offer to deliver a paid video.

Eligible content

Only photos of consenting adults may be used when the service opens. You must have the right to use every photo and the explicit agreement of everyone pictured. No minors, celebrities, strangers, sexual harassment, deception or impersonation.

Output limitations

No current result examples, likeness guarantee, sound rights, generation time, watermark status or download delivery have been verified. Review the published service limits before making a future purchase.

Payments and privacy

There are no current purchases to refund. See the Refund and Privacy pages for the preview policy. Verified payment, support, retention and deletion procedures must be published before the service opens.
